Overview
Hoko Sekiyu operates four service stations in Aichi Prefecture.
Placing great importance on customer comfort, the company has pursued cleanliness throughout its stations for many years and puts great effort into routine cleaning and maintenance.
The company carefully cleans even the stubborn soiling inside its car wash systems, which customers rarely see. Hoping to make cleaning the car wash systems a little easier, it introduced SHIBATA ENGINE, which easily generates ultrafine bubbles using tap water pressure simply by attaching it to the existing piping.
All of the water discharged from the car wash system becomes ultrafine bubble water, and the nano-sized microscopic bubbles enhance the cleaning power of the water itself.

Installation
SHIBATA ENGINE, a nozzle-type ultrafine bubble generator, is installed in the piping of the car wash system. It generates nano-sized microscopic bubbles using tap water pressure alone.
Hoko Sekiyu also pays close attention to the finish of its car washes and uses mains water rather than well water, which contains many impurities. A pressure gauge installed on the primary side of the unit makes it possible to check for any abnormalities inside the unit.

Comments from the Hoko Sekiyu Station Manager
[Inside the Car Wash System]
Soiling that used to build up within a week no longer builds up even after a week without cleaning.
[Car Wash Water Storage Tank]
There is less soiling inside the water storage tank, and cleaning has become much easier.
[Washing Machine Drum]
We also attached one to the water supply pipe of our washing machine, and the drum became clean within a month of testing. Soiling also comes off just as well even with half the detergent.
Because we also operate a coin laundry, we plan to consider introducing it there as well.
