Better Cleaning at a Food Factory / Less Mold and Soil Buildup / Less Frequent Cleaning and Shorter Work Time
Product Name
U51N-S03M43L Standard Stainless Steel Model

Overview
Ultrafine bubbles were adopted to clean food residue, mold and soiling on the floor of a food factory.
SHIBATA ENGINE, a nozzle-type ultrafine bubble generator, was installed in the piping of the existing water supply hose used for cleaning.
No large-scale capital investment or power supply is needed; it generates nano-sized microscopic bubbles using tap water pressure alone.

Effects of Fine Bubbles
Cleaning was carried out with ultrafine bubble water using the same water-rinsing method as before.
Cleaning effect evaluation: 〇
Black mold stains were confirmed to have been removed. At other test locations, food residue and soiling were also confirmed to have been removed.
Previously, when soiling was severe, reset cleaning was carried out using brushes and other tools.
Soil buildup after reset cleaning was also examined, and it was confirmed that areas cleaned with ultrafine bubbles were less prone to soil buildup.
Because this leads to less frequent cleaning with brushes and other tools (shorter work time), the company plans to expand the areas where ultrafine bubbles are used.
