An ultrafine bubble generator was installed at Kawaramachi Hisaya Ukiyobanare, the new location of Meshiya Ukiyobanare, a popular restaurant selected for the Tabelog Izakaya EAST Top 100 2024.
Under the concept of “high-quality everyday dining for adults”, the restaurant carefully prepares carefully selected meat, seasonal seafood and seasonal vegetables, and also pays attention to water.
The restaurant introduced SHIBATA ENGINE, which easily generates ultrafine bubbles using tap water pressure simply by attaching it to the water supply pipe.
Installation
SHIBATA ENGINE, a nozzle-type ultrafine bubble generator, is installed on the water supply pipe (after the stop valve). It generates nano-sized microscopic bubbles using tap water pressure alone.
Water from the kitchen faucets and dishwasher becomes ultrafine bubble water, and the nano-sized microscopic bubbles enhance the cleaning power of the water itself.
