Cleaning time was shortened, allowing production time to be extended accordingly. Water use was also reduced, resulting in cost savings.
Implementation Example
The UFB Ultra Pump was used to clean stainless steel trays used in food processing. Tests were carried out with tap water alone, tap water + UFBs, alkaline ionized water + UFBs and hot water + UFBs, and in every case, less soiling remained when UFBs were used.

ATP swab test (A3 method): Using Kikkoman Biochemifa’s Lumitester Smart and LuciPac A3 Surface, invisible organic soiling was assessed numerically.
